Fine Art Handling
From our base in Dubai, we are ideally placed to serve the Middle East market.
Our global network of Fine Art logistics providers enable us to manage a broad range of client requirements, from the movement of a single artwork to the relocation of entire collections.
We employ our own teams of specialist art handlers in Dubai, each of whom is trained to museum standards.

For projects that may require specific expertise, we are able to source the talent from overseas on a project basis.
Packing and Crating
Equinox Fine Art procures its packing materials both locally and, when not available here, from overseas.
We believe that to provide the best level of protection for your artwork, we should always have the best materials available.

We can provide, to custom order, both regular Art shipping crates as well as museum-standard climate crates.
Our storage facility
Opened in the summer of 2025, our customs-bonded, freezone warehouse is purpose-designed for the storage of Fine Art. The building stands in its own compound with 24-hour on-site security and is approved by both SIRA and Dubai Civil Defence.
Located in Jebel Ali Freezone, the warehouse is well located for both of Dubai’s international airports. We are around twenty minutes’ drive to Downtown Dubai and, in the other direction, just over an hour’s drive to Abu Dhabi.
The warehouse is temperature and humidity controlled, offering free-standing and racked storage options together with a limited number of private storage rooms.
Climate-controlled Fine Art storage solutions
The free-standing and racked storage areas provide flexible storage options for both crated and soft-packed artworks and sculptures.

Artworks are managed though a QR code tracking system allowing for detailed inventory tracking and management.​
Private storage rooms
Equinox offers a limited number of Fine Art private storage rooms.
Each room is equipped with CCTV and digital access management.
The rooms are individually climate controlled and protected by an internal FM200 inert gas fire supression system. ​​
Constructed of welded steel with reinforced ceilings and ceramic insulated walls, together with sealing doors, the rooms are designed to provide resistance to external fire for at least two hours.
Art Fairs and Exhibitions
Equinox provides clearance, delivery and installation services for many of the region’s major art fairs and exhibitions. We are proud to have been appointed as the official shipper each year for the UAE's two largest international art fairs

We can assist overseas exhibitors with either temporary, bonded clearance or the permanent import of artworks.
​
We are also able to provide inventory management and forwarding services for exhibitors wishing to base their international exhibition goods under bond in Dubai.
